Xavier started working in the hi-fi industry in 1984 as an assistant to a well known hi-fi journalist, he has previously worked as a sales director for both a successful London hi-fi shop and a top British hi-fi manufacturer. Xavier was a founder member of CEDIA UK and spent 2 years as a board member.

After completing a degree in music technology, Simon moved to Brighton and started working in the Powerplant firstly in sales and now in the installation department. He is our resident programmer of remote controls and multiroom systems. Simon's interests include mountain biking, music and film, and his Playstation 3.

Christian has worked in the audio- video industry, firstly at a shop in central London and then opening Powerplant in 1990. Christian now spends his time running Bang & Olufsen of Brighton. His interests include music and film, cycling and playing tennis.

Begona is in charge of all Powerplant accounts. Begona currently works both in the Powerplant office and from home. When at home Begona also looks after her young daughter. She makes a great coffee too!
