This transmitter and receiver package delivers two independent audio streams from your system to BOSE® link-enabled products in another room. All without running room-to-room wires. Wherever you listen, you'll have the benefits of the LIFESTYLE® system with you.

One connection from the transmitter to your LIFESTYLE® system media centre sets the foundation for a house full of sound. All that's left is to connect the receiver to a second-room speaker system. You'll also receive audio from any components connected to your LIFESTYLE® system.

The key technology for this home wide wireless audio solution is the proprietary FREE FIELD® circuitry. It enables the BOSE® link AL8 to operate efficiently in the presence of signals from cordless phones, wireless Internet connections and other devices. And it helps deliver BOSE® quality sound throughout your home, without interruption.

The transmitter and receiver work through most walls and floors, and operate from up to 24.00 m away. Individual AR1 receivers (purchased separately) can be placed in seven additional rooms for wireless audio transmission from a single AL8 transmitter.
