12 MONTH MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT CONTRACT TERMS:

12 MONTH MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT CONTRACT TERMS:

1.0 On Site Time

1 x Scheduled 6 month system update, health check and report (1 x Installer >6 hours) Plus & Premium Plans.

2 x Flexible Service Call Visits - check systems operation and client updates and changes and required ( 3 hours per visit - 6 hours total). Premium Only.

Scheduled visit to include system software & firmware update(s) , check system operation, installed equipment and systems report. Plus & Premium Plans.

Scheduled system update visit will be pre-scheduled and advised. Plus & Premium Plans.

Flexible Service Call Visits will be provisionally schedule at 3 & 9 month intervals - unless allowance has been used for Service Calls. Plus & Premium Plans.

Flexible Service Call Visits can also be scheduled for pre-occupation as required.

If Service Calls are requested or required outside of Flexible Service Call Visits , the cost of these can deducted from any unused allowance. Plus & Premium Plans.

2.0 Remote System Support

3.0 Hours of Business & Service Response - Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm; Telephone, on-site service and installation , Saturday -Sunday: Telephone support service only (Maintenance Contract Clients Only).

Remote Support - We will endeavour to respond to a remote service request within 2-4 business hours

On Site Service & Maintenance – We will endeavour to attend site, as required within 24hrs, not including Weekends or Bank Holidays. Plus & Premium Plans.

4.0 Equipment – Maintenance is for labour only.

Warranty of equipment supplied and installed by PHA Ltd - labour to remove and re-install included in maintenance allowance. Plus & Premium Plans.

Non Warranty Equipment/ Equipment not supplied and installed by PHA Ltd – Replacement of existing equipment, and parts, supplied as part of original PHA Ltd install will be subject to a 10% discount ( Not including Televisions or Sonos Equipment). Plus & Premium Plans.

Loan Equipment - Should system critical equipment need to be removed for repair, temporary loan equipment , where available, will be installed free of charge. Plus & Premium Plans.

5.0 Additional Site Visits – Additional on-site labour, in excess of 6 hours annually.

To be charged at the rate of £75.00 per hour exc. VAT. Vehicle parking and/or congestion charges will be charged at cost. Call out rate will be NOT be charged for any visit. Plus & Premium Plans.

NOTE: If a maintenance and Support contract is not required, service and call out charges will be invoiced at our standard rate.

FAQs

Do you offer 24/7 Service Call Out?

We do not keep our install team on 24/7 call out, we have never found this to be necessary and would be an expensive service feature. Our service@ email is monitored by our installation team and we aim to attend to service requests as quickly as possible.

What if I don’t want a service contract?

Not a problem, we offer up to 30 minutes remote support and standard call out charges.
